hip ache

i really have sore hips mainly at night and when i walk in the day, i dont know if its because i put on weight or i am just unhealthy, i have put pillows under my sides at night and tha dont work

I get this too! If ive been out walking around my hips feel all bruised and i find it really difficult to get comfortable. I think it must just be the extra pressure in that general area - but thought id post to say you're not alone!!
