I guess its time for me to move into here. For those who don't know i'm Grace my husband is Stuart and this will be our first baby finally concieved on the fifth cycle of clomid.

I'm getting excited but also worried that the nursery will never be finished (I'll prob go on about that little problem in a couple of weeks!).

I'm going to the babyshow on Sat in Manchester so hopefully will buy some things there. Has anyone been to one before and were things any cheaper? So far the only things we've bought are a steriliser (planning/hoping to breast feed though) and a baby bath.

I'm starting to get bigger and i may even be brave soon and take a picture (Already overweight so i think it really looks like fat not baby). Anyway thats enough waffling from me. Hope you are all ok and i hope you don't mind me only popping on every so often due to work and family commitments. I plan to be on much more when i finish at christmas (only 20 more shifts to work - not that i'm counting or anything)

My advice to you is get things organised before you get so big you cant put your socks on! Im so glad i was organised as i'd have no hope of doing it all now!

I second this advice, also get the baby shopping out the way to as fun as it is it gets harder walking about shopping the further along you get.

I'm hoping to get loads of things at the show. Just wish i could get Stuart to shift the junk out of the back bedroom. I'd help if i could only move the heavy stuff (his) to get to mine. He doesn't seem to think its a priority . He's got another week before i blow my top big style. My boss gave birth at 28 weeks another colleague at 30 and an ex colleague at 33 so i'm hoping thats 3 people who gave birth early from my department. I know i will prob go over but it does worry me.

I never went to a baby show, though it sounds awesome. I think I will next time round when we hopefully have a bit more cash. Its been freecycle and hand me downs for us!!
