how do i get on tri 1 new to the site

Hi Julie,

Well it's dead easy , you just go to the main PF page , and scroll down, there are all the sections, Trying to concieve, Pregnancy etc . You want the pregnancy section, and then select Trimester 1 , this covers you from 4 weeks till you turn 14 weeks and move to trimester 2.

Then just add a thread and say hi to girls there

Oh Julie, by the way if you want to private chat to the girls on here, you can do so really easily by the PF private message system, just click on private messages (top right of screen), and then you can send and recieve messages withing PF using the ladies PF names - enjoy
