hi all i been with my bf for nearly 3 years never used any protrein and have been trying 4 a baby for about 15 months as any one got any advise or been though this and got pregnant HELP luv ELLE

I hope you find the answer to your questions here. You have certainly been trying a long time...do you do any of the temping/charting? I can't adivse on this as I haven't begun using this yet, but the other lovely girlies on here might be able to help more.

Ive been trying about 16 months now so know exactly how you feel, I started charting and temping at the beginning of the year and wish I d startd this to begin with!

Id definitely recomend it!

for all you that have been trying for over 12 months worth going to your GP... depnds on your age what they will do but its worth a visit to get checked out

I agree, weve had OH's swimmers tested and they are doing exactly what it says on the tin, now awaiting results of a smear before I can go ahead with further checks myself.

I must admit I was dreading having to get checked out but I actually feel a lot more relaxed about the whole thing knowing that we're getting some support!

YES I BEEN THE DOCTORS HAD TO LOTS OF BLOOD TESTS EVERYTHING IS NORMAL IM OVALTION IS OK I HAVE TO GO 4 A SCAN ON OVARYS I MIGHT HAVE BLOCKED TUBES THANKS 4 ALL YA ADVICE GOOD LUCK TO YA ALL ELLEXXXX

Hello , has the docs not suggested OH gets tested then? I would go get it done ASAP. In the mean time you can put him on zinc, selenium and folic acid supplements and yourself take the folic acid (if you're not already) and the zinc and selenium. There is also a vitamin called vitex to try and around ovulation time try eating natural yoghurt and/or taking 'magic medicine' (there's a thread dedicated to that somewhere) it's chesty cough medicine with guisefen as it's active ingredient, asda do their own brand for about 81p.
