Not sure what my next step is. Also i am huge already i am sure, was wondering whether i am more than 4 weeks, my last AF was only 3 days back in november. Just a bit too soon i thought at 4 weeks to feel sicky and already can't fit in my jeans lol!

Some people do get symptoms very early hun.

A lot of us also seem to get digestive problems quite early on meaning we are very bloated (hence the bigger tummy).

But, I would definitely discuss the fact you feel you might be further on with your GP
