Hello!

I am Heather, aged 30 and am new the site. I have joined as I know already that I don't want to feel 'alone' when going through my pregnancy and have no friends who are currently pregnant. I am a little apprehensive as this is my second pregnancy, the first ended in a terrible miscarriage at 8 weeks (although the baby had stopped growing at 5). I am only four weeks and 3 days and am getting a lot of old brown blood which is troubling me. I hope this doesn't mean that it could end in another loss.

Hi Heather, welcome and congratulations

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience last time and wish you the best of luck this time around. Fingers crossed that the brown loss is nothing sinister.

If you haven't already seen it, there is a section on here for dealing with pregnancy after loss that you might find helpful. All the girls here are very nice and I'm sure you'll find all the help and support that you need.

Hi and welcome Sorry to hear of your loss. Get yourself over to first tri as the girls in there will be able to answer any questions you have and also there is a section on pregnancy after loss where you will be able to talk to people who understand what you've been through.
