Which I don't mind. I'm not opposed to co-sleeping, I actually quite like it but I have 2 problems.
1. Tonight, for example, DH was out at the pub. That means Henry can't sleep inbetween us where I feel safer because
2. I don't want him to fall off the bed.
I can't afford a co sleeper crib but I don't feel comfortable havin Henry on the outside without somethin to stop him fallin. Inbetween us is difficult cos DH smokes & drinks at least once a week so it's not safe for him there
Any suggestions? He used to sleep through but hadn't in about 2/3 weeks. I don't mind gettin up to do a night feed, it's just the gettin him back off to sleep in his crib. We won't settle on his tummy or back in his crib or cot. I'm ending up bring awake for hours on end tryin to get the little sod back to sleep.
When he first goes down for the night the will go straight down on his tummy in his crib, but once he has woken he won't.
Any suggestions as to how I can safely co sleep?
