Keeley used to sleep from 6.30pm til 7.30am
But since the clocks went back she wil be falling asleep at 5.30 but then gettin up at 5

I know its good that she's still sleeping thru but the 5am start is killing me

What can i do?
Is anyone having this problem since the clocks changed?

we are having a similar problem - dd normally goes to bed at 6.30, so she has been wanting to sleep at 5.30.
we have gradually been putting our daughters sleep time ahead by 10 - 15 mins each day.
because its not just the sleep that is changing, but all the days timing as well, this seems to work within a week or so!

hope this helps :)

I dread it when the clocks change as its just another thing you have to deal with.
Aimee is still waking at "old" time but has all her meals and goes to bed at new time no prob, so she is missing 1hrs sleep at night by waking at 6am. im just hoping it will settle soon as im really not a morning person!

only advice i can give is you will need to gradually put her to bed later and hopefully she will adjust
x
