Help- Winding LO 1 handed any ideas?

Hi

I need ideas.

Basically I can only use my left side, as I have a weakness down my right side (I can walk etc). I have managed to resolve the problem of bottle feeding LO by getting a baby bean bag to feed him on, but I can't wind him 1 handed or just haven't found a 1 handed technique. Has anyone encountered this problem or have any ideas how I could wind 1 hand? (I can do everything else, feed, change nappies, dress etc...)

Lie over your knee and tap/rub with the one hand?

Yup over the knee, facing down Its actually a really good position if your LO has colic too.. Remember to put a blanket over where his face is pointing... to catch the pookie...

Evie always used to fall asleep when I winded her like that too

Thanks, i'll give that a go. Do you put LO across both knees, or LO between your knees?

hv also told us rocking inbetween the knees is good aswell ! brilliant for colic !
