Help please

Does anyone know what this is. Amelia is 4 weeks old and will have a clearish liquid come out of mouth and nose and appear to be choking it reallyt upsets her and me as she appears not to breathe. Does this happen to other babies, it usually happens after feeding but not every feed but it is nt the formula coming out.

She is on cow and gate comfort as she had a couple of days of not keeping formula down and they thought reflux but dont think it is

no advice on this only to say that my babe seems to be choking at times but its because my milk comes too fast and she gets loads of wind - it obviously frightens her and so have learnt to blow gently in her face when i can hear she is going to do it and it helps a little.
Does it happen at a particular time of day? Sarah always does it when she is super hungry and my boobs are at there fullest.
