Help please - what to get a 60yr old female for birthday!

Well.... it's my Dad's other halfs 60th birthday on the 31st and I have to get her something - but what. I dont want to spend a fortune as we don't get on the best... but I am trying so hard to make up with my Dad (we havent really spoken properly for years - long story) that I have to get something.

Any ideas?!?!?!

Does she drink alcohol? I got my Dad's wife a wine glass engraved with her name and a miniature bottle of wine in a gift box( they also do different glasses with miniature brandy, alcopops, whisky, vodka etc). I got it from a little engraving shop in Plymouth town but you probably have one near you somewhere. If not you could get some smelly's from the Body Shop or M&S or Thorntons chocolates and flowers.

My mum was 60 a couple of months ago, I got her a pack of tena lady and some old lady style hankies (aswell as a nice ornament). She throught it was hilarious
