i have used opk's for the past 10 months. you should get your surge around about 14 days before AF is due, if your cycles are 40 days plus i would start using the OPK's from about cycle day 25 onwards. you won't get a surge until this time onwards so dont' be disheartened xx

each to their own but i couldnt live at home day in day out only living off partners money, i love knowing im making half the money and buying things for my child that i worked for, it also teaches the little one not to depend on everyone around them, and to fend for them selfs ( sometimes !!)
