HELP..how to add attachments??

hey ladies need some help. Can anyone tell me how to add attachments? Like ovulation tickers its driving me crazy .. Only found out how to add a picture

Hey hun! you have to go to user CP then edit signiture! then you have to copy and paste the code into it and save.

Its the bb code that you need to paste into the signatures section on the user cp once you have made your ticker hunny x x
