Braydons nursery are holding a valentines day card competition children along with mummy/daddys etc have got to make a card and they will all vote on wed (nursery nurses)

wot can i do that Braydon will win with lol, he never gets to do this stuff as its normally done on a fri and as he only goes wed and thurs i want him to have a nice day, he has to wear something with a heart or love on
i feel his i love mummy top will be worn

what about buying a cheap white shirt and drawing a heart template in black ink then getting him to finger paint it

Do you have to make a card then- is that what's being judged? If so then how about getting some red poster paint and getting him to print his hand next to each other on the front of the card but at an angle (like a "v") so that it looks heart shaped. You could then draw a heart round yourself or stick some ribbon round it so that it's an obvious heart shape. You could experiment with doing your hands first maybe in pink then his hand prints over yours so it looks like a heart in a heart- that might be cute but I guess you'd have to wait for your prints to dry first maybe...hmm I do a lot of craft but baby craft is a whole new thing isn't it?!

Oseby's idea with the handprints is really good The more involved Braydon is in the making of the card the more likely he'll win I reckon. You could stick some red sequins onto it so its nice and sparkley!

why dont you, (sorry if rubbish idea) get a box, flat pack it then make it into a sorty of billboard thing that goes over his head and make it into an ace of heats, easy to do, cheap to do B can help and hed look lovely going as a card, hes our little forum ace and it has a heart ... probs a rubbish idea but all I can think of .... sarah you will be posting pictures wont you ma dear!
