I am not sure regarding your question, I would definitely advise you speak to your doctor or even a local pharmacist as they will have a better idea.....unless some of the other girls hve a clue?!

No - diet pills shouldn't be used to prevent pregnancy - you can only really rely on contraception when used correctly (even then accidents can still happen - the only real guarantee is not having sex...!)
