hello ive got a question to ask

i was told by my cousin amy should get dla for her probs she has but i cant see how her heartprobs come in to the eligibilty bracket i know that a lot of people claim for exzma she is more prone to be hospitalized if you she got a chest infection which she is more prone to and colds she still sees peaditrations and heart consultants but when i looked on the website it doesnt say anything and i know docs and nurses dont say any of this im unsure if she can and shes not getting what shes could be entitled to she will end up having an op in 2 years time to put a device in to cover the hole up i dunno

usually to get DLA you have to prove that your child needs care above and beyond what a child would normally need. For example a child who needs constant supervision at age 8 would get it. you might be able to get it on the grounds that you have to keep her away from exposure to colds etc... do you have to give her special medicines or food? do you have and special equipment for her? Im not sure if having lots of hospital visits count... your health visitor is the best person to ask :flower:

no i dont really have medication or special equipment or anything like that but she could be really bad if she gets a chest infection im not really sure about it all i mean docs and peadtrian would pros write a letter so were not sure i mean all i an do i try ut i might ask at the jocentre on friday
