Health question-PLEASE HELP LADIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of my nipples feels so bruised and really hurts, especially when it goes hard
There is nothing coming out of it and its only the one.
Does this sound like an infection???

Both of mine were like that towards the end of my pregnancy, I used Lansinoh on them and it seemed to ease. Don't know if it's the same thing, but I hope that helps.

Think it's hormonal. I was like that too. It does go away. Try putting a warm towel or flannel on when it happens. xx

I remember that happening a lot to me. Usually when I was out in a shop somewhere. It'd feel like my nipple was on fire I'd be squirming wishing I could take my top off and stick an ice cube on my nipple
