Headache :-(

Have had one one and off since yesterday. Not debilitating, just know it's sore (iykwim) Was at MW on Thursday and blood pressure was ok 120/70 and pee sample clear too so not thinking anything sinister. Also baby has been moving all day Thinking maybe I haven't eaten enough or I'm just way too tired.

Have you had enough to drink? I get a headache if I don't drink enough or I'm stuck in a really stuffy room - so getting fresh air helps too.

That could b it too. Currently sipping bottle of water. It eased wen I walked dog earlier.

I second the drinking - apparently the majority of headaches are caused by not drinking enough, niggly headaches are horrible

Ok so I was doing the reception at the Spinning studio I normally teach at and whilst waiting for the class to finish I drank litre bottle of water (in 1 hour!!! lol) came home had more water and headache has faded big time. When at work I have water beside me all day but find it really hard to do whilst at home so given my experience of the last couple of days I'm really going to have to learn to have water beside me all day at home too. Not just have it beside me but DRINK IT.

I had hideous headaches for about first 4 months, drink loads of water and get early nights if you can xx
