Head shape help...

Yesterday, 21:58 PM #1
My lo was born 5 weeks ago by suction cup. He had a bit of a bruise & cone head which has now gone. However the right side of his head (opposite side to the one he sleeps on) appears flatter & his head is not symmetrical. As a result his right eye also appears smaller. I'm going to make a consultant appt to discuss it; I don't think the gp will know enough. His head appears to have improved but his eye still seems smaller.

Has anyone else had experience of this? I hope it'll right itself but it is worrying me x

The head shape of infant can be reshaped by sleep. Just change the sleep position of your baby from lying on his back to lying on his side every few hours.

Hi, don't know whether you'll get many answers in here, lots of people only go in baby and toddler.

There is a similar thread going at the moment and a couple of us have commented in there: Flat Head.
