Does anyone know if we can take anything for hay fever?

Double check with the pharmacist but a lot of allergy tablets are ok (I take Zyrtec, not sure if you can get that in the UK). I'd just ask them what you can take. There's definitely options. As far as I know you can't use nasal sprays though unless they're just saline which does nothing for my hayfever...

I had HF really bad in both pregnancies- was a definite rubbish part! You can take prevalin nose spray when pregnant but I didn't find it that good. I liked nettle tablets and nettle tea- definitely helped soothe the symptoms. Every now and again when I literally couldn't breathe I'd use the tiniest bit of my usual nose spray- I just couldn't bare it any longer!
