Hayfever...Grrr

I was hoping to avoid it, but today I'm suffering quite bad from hayfever.

I know you can;t take anything for it, but does anyone have any other suggestions? I'm trying nettle tea this morning as I've heard that might help, but any others?

Hi,

I get it too but not too badly thankfully. I usually rely on Benadryl all Summer though so that's out this year! I have been trying something that I read online which sounds wierd but isn't that bad and seems to help a bit. Basically if you smear the bottom inside of your nostrils with Vaseline it's supposed to trap the pollen and stop it going up your nose where it irritates. I've also heard that sniffing a salt and water solution up your nose and spitting it out helps but I haven't dared try this yet!

There must be some other solutions though.....? I hadn't heard about nettle before so I'll give that a go
