Hayfever

Hey I get Hayfever really bad always have always will! Last time I was pregnant was winter months so never had the problem of no medication! I usually get really strong antihistamine off doc what u can't buy over counter. Obviously I would not dare take any! But does anybody no anything u can take?

I've started sneezing today....aaagghhhh. Doc told me becanese spray is OK...prescribed it for me when I had sinusitis at 5/6 weeks. X

Ahh really!! That's great news had visions of not being able to have anything! I'll make appointment ASAP thanks for replying!
Had it bad for a few days now it's gone straight to my chest ended up with a chesty cough itchy eyes, throat etc etc!
