Girlies just thought I shoudl warn you
I suffer from really bad hayfever, so I was taking pills and a nasal spray for it, i was siffing through the instructions and noticed that people pregnant, breast feeding or ttc have to consult there doctor.
So I did, and she advised me to stay well clear because hayfever tablets change your blood pressure and flow of blood....
I asked her if there was anythign on the market and she said they all have the same ingriedient (Il go have a look what that is!!! so you all know), and she said there was nothing she could prescribe me that didnt have that in it.
She did tell me to use my facial sauna if i had one, and use some natural lavender in with the water whenever i feel it coming on.
How can i carry my face sauna with me everywhere????
Worse still i live next to a field and my work is next to fields as well.... grrr
