hi all hows everyone doing i had a bad nights sleep
lastnight coulld not get comfortable at all had servere pain
in my back which has now moved to the left side also had quite
alot of pain down below am so sleepy. wanted to ask u all if any of you
have started your birth plans i havent a clue what to write as ive had no past experience

I didn't write my birth plan til last week! There's plenty of time yet- lets face it if you go into labour before 35 weeksish there isn't much liklihood of you sticking to your plan anyway!

The pains sound like your ligaments stretching- I had this quite a bit around 20 weeks-24 weeks but it eased up after that

i never sleep lol.. its so hard trying to get comphy and everytime i change side my hips and groin pop.. gross! did u not get the pregnancy book at ur first scan? its a big purple book? it has a birth plan part in it that u fill in..
