Has anyone taken provera?

I was prescribed provera to start AF and I took it 3x a day for 7 days, as prescribed! I thought I would have come on by now but I am still waiting!!! I finished it last Wednesday (18th).

Has anyone else taken it? How long did it take for your AF to show?

I have took norethisterone a few times which i think is a similar thing. I took it 3x a day for 7 days too. I think the last 2 times i have used it, it took 4-5 days after stopping it for AF to start. I'd probably allow a week and then speak to your doctor, as AF should have started by then.

I took provera on and off for 3 years and I could get af within 3 days or up to 8 days. I would wait a week then contact doctor.

Welshpolly how are you getting on with the Chlomid? I know you were worried about it has it been OK - keeping everything crossed for you this month

So far it has been ok!
I have had a few side effects though - my hair was falling out a bit but is ok now! Also I have insomnia and some dizziness! I haven't had any mood swings so far so fingers crossed!!!
