Had period for 13 days..

Hey ladies. I have a question and I didn't know were else to post.. I doubt its even pregnancy related.

But I took my period on 3rd may and its now the 15th and it hasn't stopped. It looked like it was stopping when it was brown but now its back to red.

So.. is this stress or something else? Its definitely not a miscarriage btw.
