I just got phone call to say the person buying my house thought i was leaving all my kitchen appliances. e.g fridge freezer, washing machine & cooker?

I never said this, now i have no idea if she still want to house, i just got to wait until this afternoon as he going to see his solicitor.

Yes however he only got his copy of what i filled out on thursday, His solicitors waited for all info before sending anything.

We have been waiting 8 weeks for this and now its a possibility it all could fall apart.

He is an investiment buyer and wants everything for nothing, i have given him my house so cheap its unbelievable

yes there is him at bottom, me in middle, & the house owners who i am buying from, meaning that we all will loose out, as the people i am buying from are buying a new build and have to compelte this week

So she is now off to exchange contracts & will ring me once they are exchanged.
