GRRR! what can i do?

i ordered an item from a website at the end of april- it only cost £6 but altho they took my money i havent received my item STILL!
they hav a customer services fone number but theres no answer and they havent replied to my email.

what can i do? i'm annoyed and i want my £6 back! i kno its only £6 but why should they hav it?!
by the way, they're called Speakeasy, DONT USE THEM!

They should have contact details somewhere on the site displaying a postal address. If they don't then they're breaking the law anyway
Write - recorded delivery - to that address stating that they have 28 days to refund your money or deliver the item. After that you will take them to small claims court.
Even better call trading standards first - they'll give you advice and a case number state the case number on the letter you send - it scares them to death
Also look who provides their payment system - if it's a good one like Braclaycard or something then you can complain to them. If it's Paypal or something like that then don't bother with that way.

 

If you paid by card, do what my husband does and call the card company up and get the transaction deleted

just called the bank, they cant delete switch transactions. rats!
