Green Poo?

Hi,

Baby Antonio has been going between breastmilk & Aptimil, hes been having the formula to complement the breastmilk for the past 3 weeks & his poo has been fine. The last couple of days however there has been a dramatic change, not only is he slightly constipated but as soon as he does have a "clear out" its VERY runny & a lot of it its also turned from yellow to dark green

What does this mean? Is he ok? Should I be speaking to my HV or doctor?

Please tell me this is normal lol

it might no be but it sounds a bit like colic.. ing its not and could be something else..other than that he might just have a poorly tum

we use farleys and Ellies has turned green the last couple of days.

the hv said this is normal providing there is no fever and is not causing distress otherwise it could be a bug or wind.
