Why do people often give babies Greek Yoghurt rather than normal natural yoghurt? Baby books mention it too. Is it less bitter because it has cream in it? Or more fat? Just wondering...
I give C greek yoghurt just because its more yummy, but she has had natural yoghurt as well. I buy a tub and mix in my own fruit. I doubt whether it matters at all - either way its much better than the commercial baby yoghurt brands
