Got an Au Pair! :o)

Im sooo relieved as I have been feeling so terrible and Alan has been away in Poland all week

She starts on the 20th and her name is Alix and she is from Paris. Her dad is a music production guy and produced gigs for the likes of Texas, Rammstein and also shows like mamma mia!

So Im thinking she will come over here, help me with James, (she has loooads of experience with babies) and then discover my singing talents and tell her dad, at which point I will become a SAHM / Broadway Superstar!!!!!!

Shes just very normal looking Jade. Seems nice! She is on my facebook at Alix Herverot or sommat like that if u want a nose!

Wish I could have an aupair... got piles of laundry, a dirty house, two kids... and I work all the time... I really actually don't need a nanny.. I just need another 7 hours in the day

I know Im really lucky. I dont know how Id get through the next 12 months without one though. Its just gonna be a question of whether I can live without the privacy for me and DH. Not that I tend to walk round naked or anything these days, nor does he come in and just take me on the couch....Hmmmm thinking about it we'll probably be fine!!

I deffo wont leave him with her for ages until i know her properly. Its mainly for things like if im knackered and need a cat nap in the day, she can watch him but im in the house still iykwim
I think the only time i may leave them is if i need to go docs or sommat like that. Its mainly to help me out and take some pressure off

I really want one now lol! She could have what will be the nursery and stay for 6 months! I think it would be beneficial to me, the kids, and maybe even joe haha no only joking (Id cut his balls off)
I will keep looking and see nearer the time! I wouldnt want her here over xmas so from jan till July or something!!

yup thats all she wants! She gets full board 7 days a week, we are giving her a car, paying for the fuel, so its not a bad deal really. They dont tend to do it for the ££ its the experience. Sounds like she comes from quite a wealthy family anyway so i dont think money is an issue
