Going out tonight !

Hi all,
I'm off out tonight for a nice meal to celebrate our 6th (Ahhh, where does the time go )wedding anniversary. Really looking forward to it and i'm going to have a glass of bubbly (just the one )
Question though, are we allowed seafood like prawns/oysters?? They always have fab stuff where we are going and I really fancy some but my OH said he didn't think I could have it-- is he being mean or is true?
