i read in love it! magazine 2day that eating high-fat dairy foods (such as ice-cream) can improve fertility because it reduces egg failure or something.

there must be some truth in it coz i love ice-cream and i got pregnant on the pill (altho i didnt take it properly lol)! anyway its a good excuse to enjoy ice-cream!
