I have a friction rash at the top of my arms where a top/bra must have rubbed (not a clue which one, need to do some detective work!) its now getting worse and rubbing when I wear any top and im not sure how to treat it or stop it stinging?! Ive tried sudacream and it hurt like hell cos everything was sticking to it so not sure what else to try... any ideas?

:fib: sure its not on your knees :rotfl:

I don't have any answers, I've never experienced a friction rash aka carpet burn :shhh: before :rotfl:

 serious though.. i don't know, just in daft mood

A barrier like vaseline would be better as its more protective, sudocreme just rubs in.

try putting a big plaster over it to stop any rubbing and maybe some savalon :)

i would think vaseline too.
i use it when my ezcema flares up at the back of my knees. stops my jeans rubbing on it
