often these days when i'm BFing millie she gets really carried away and wriggles and kicks her legs and tugs her head back while still latched on while making squeaking and grunting noises! she seems to like it and she's still swallowing while she does it but it does hurt a bit she really pulls on me! do all babies do this? will she calm down?!

When Freya does that, I take her off and wind her, normally she burps and then settles down, I think it's because her tummy is quite uncomfortable.

Libby does that sometimes, I usually pop her off for a min as well & pop her on my shoulder to see if she has wind, as wind makes her very wriggly!

Sometimes though it not wind and she does this whilst i try to latch her on so I give her to C for a few mins and then try again :D

Unlatch her and put her back on, she should grow out of this, its just another thing they go thru :)

Isaac does it too trixipaws, I've never been concerned about it though as he seems to enjoy it  and it reminds me of how he is if I lay him next to me in bed for a feed, and let him move to the nipple himself to feed, without putting him on myself, I always saw it as excitement for feeding, he never seems distrssed or in discomfort with the wriggles and pulling  but thats just my experience, I do hope he's not suffering with wind when he does it :(
