meeting outside the INN THE PARK CAFE
I will phone the inn cafe to say we may need to use there faclities in case of bad weather hope the sun is shining

if we do need to use the park cafe i'll find out if they have highchairs
who will need one if we do use the cafe???

also who thinks name stickers is a good idea ???
i will bring a roll of stickers and write everyones names on them.
we found at the York meet half didnt know who the other half was

So is 12 oclock the concensus for meeting up??

For those having tube troubles, where are you trying to get from and to???? I'm a bit of a an Underground boffin so might be able to help?!?!?!

Also, don't change at Bank/ Monument- you have to walk miles underground to change, it takes ages and theres lots of corridors/ stairs to contend with I made the mistake once- never again

Right just phoned the INN PARK cafe they said that due to the large number of people and children going that i cant book the INN as its not big enough they have self service out side the cafe with tables but unfortunatley the table have no covering

Ok i will be on the hunt for close by resturants and cafes nea the park as a back up if the weather goes tits up

SORRY I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED INTO THE EARLIER PLEASE DO TELL ME OFF

As its only supposed to be a back up as we want a picnic in the park, i wasnt going to do this but we cant just decend on mass on a cafe or resturant that would give the venders a heartattack

but if we dont book and the weather is rubbish we will have up to maybe more 30 women and a load of kids a few odd men misrable cold and wet

i didn't think i'd be able to but now i can (if you'll still have me!) i might be a bit later than 12 though - does anyone want to swap mobile numbers with me so i can call and find out where everyone is if i run late?

the long range weather forecast suggests showers next saturday, but friday & sunday are both supposed to be lovely - so with any luck the forecasters will be a day out!

I happy to drive to southend and meet you its only 20mins drive i can handle that rather that than travel alone. if that ok with you

EDIT**** i just relised it this saturday i booked myself in for havin my friends baby all day and dont think she be happy with me taking him to london i not sure what to do now

I wont be coming to the meet now as its going to be too costly getting down there - the brum meet works out cheaper for me travel wise. Sorry girls, i hope i see some of you at the brum meet.

I agree you have done a fantastic job! and i think you deserve a medal for being so organised! As far as i know me and OH are still coming, ive just spoken to him about it, ££ is the only problem but it should be ok, i dont want to miss out! and im using it as a birthday treat!
