OK all ie given it some thought

I have decided to delate the name list as to who is going to the meet and who they our traveling with and copy paste it and send it via Pm to everyone so everyone can still see who is going and arrange travel buddies via pm if they wish
you can update that way about any similar personal info ie travel buddies pm each other about where they our meeting and times extra


I think security wise this is a better way of doing things hope you all agree

it may take me a while so bare with me there is alot of you lovely lasses coming to the meet

If you need help with finding a travel buddy please feel free to Pm me and i'll try and sort something out
