Oh no. Hun I got the.choice of peppermint or aniseed so picked the other. I've just tried taking it and ita so thick it makes.me.gag lol the.taste isn't.bad but I am hoping it works lol x x

Haha I used to moan about heart burn all the time and OH used to say take your stuff then, my response would alway be... its like mens love juice please don't make me. But in the end it became my best friend!

Urgh no i can't do it, it is trying to swallow snot (sorry) I had Ranitidine off my G.P, tablets are so much easier to swallow.

I know what you ladies are on about lol...... When docs werent sure if i was preg or not they gave me the aniseed one i tried it a few times but in the end i was like no way am i using that...... Yak lol....... I get Omeprazole prescribed now they know i am not prenant but i dont think pregnant ladies can take this.. I get it really bad and it is so awful . Amy xx

I used to get lansoprazole a few years back and it was amazing!

I take Lansoprazole now, it's beautiful and I love it. When I found out I was pregnant they stopped me taking it and put me on Gaviscon then Ranitidine but neither touched my acid (I've got a hiatus hernia and am always chronically acidic) so my dr checked with consultant and I'm allowed to take them now I'm in tri 3, such a relief. Felt better this tri than 1 and 2!
