Now I am of slim build but with a fast metabolism you can't tell that is just LOVE my food.
I have a very active lifestyle and active job so it seems to work well but at the minute while being early on in pregnancy (we hopefully find out tomorrow how far along) thinking about meals or planning meals makes me gag and feel so sick with a horrid feeling in my throat.
BUT!
Cream cheese thickly spread on toast - i mean like 2 inches thick on just lightly golden toast is all I can think about.
Second to that is fruit - I have always loved fruit but at the minute when I feel sick it seems to be the only thing that will settle my sickness feelings instantly.
I know while pregnant you get cravings but what stage do they kick in and do they change?
I don't think living of thin toast and 2 inches of cream cheese on each slice is healthy!
What foods are you guys loving at the minute?
Is there anything in particular that seems to turn your stomach that didn't before?
I am managing a small hot meal on an evening.
OH! and every other day I seem to need ASDA smart price meatballs in gravy
