We have just booked to go to florida next july and now I'm stating to panic. Lewis is only going to be 16 months and its about an 8hr flight. Has anybody done a long haul flight with LO and how did they find it? Any advice or tips would be appreciated. Thanks

bloomin hell i only managed 1hr and a half its so annoying just have dummy n milk n try get em 2 sleep lol
when i go florida in 2009 riley will be 2 then and allowed her own seat holding them sucks

It is going to be 8hrs of hell but I know it will be worth it once I get there. Flight home should be ok cos it's a night flight but going there we leave at 10.30am...............i'm screwed!!!

Take stuff for him to do on the plane like look for birds out of the window  and as he wil be 16 months old you could try and watch a mivie with him on the plane :)

8hrs, it seemed like so much longer when i went  i traveled to london by coach from devon, so that made it ALOT longer. wouldnt do it again any time soon lol.

good luck hun, make sure you go to sea world. it is amazing. the best place i went when i was there

(i was at international drive orlando, and tbh, found it abit crap lol)
