Flippin neighbours!!

I've mentioned before that my downstairs neighbours are horribly inconsiderate. The flat below us was empty for an entire year and then one morning the OH and I woke up to rave music vibrating through the floor at 7am. As the day wore on the noises got worse, sounded a lot like they are physically fighting one another. Anyway it has been a month since they moved and they have quietened a bit but just a bit!
Anyway Friday night I looked at my carpet and noticed how dirty it looked so I got my hoover out and started hoovering. Within minutes they were banging up at me for hoovering at 9pm!! I felt so furious as they keep us awake until 4am with their racket yet I hoover at 9pm on a friday and they kick off!!!
We are hoping to move in June so I am praying even harder that it works out and we do get to move.

can you not complain to someone about it? its not on. if its rented, get onto the landlord, and ask him if he can ask them to be abit more considerate
