Our bloody neighbours are banging about putting down laminate flooring!! At 9.30pm!!! They told us the friday before last that they were doing it then, and it would only take them a day, but they are still at it now!! 
I wouldn't mind if it was just me and OH here, but they know damn well we've got Tim (thats why they told us they were laying it!). Its not the first time we have had issues with them. OH had to go and bang on the door last week as they started they're crappy drum n bass music loudly at 10pm one night!!
Do you think we should say something to them and make 'em stop the bloody banging before they wake the boy up???
