anybody use them? if so which one.....
i quite like the look of pump it up dance workout.
how long did you follow the dvds before u noticed any difference?
and do u think they make a difference or are they all balls? lol
 
I've tried a few, Davina's was the most recent.

I usually just feel like a twat jumping about though :oops:

But yeah they bloody work... I was literally half dead after 30 minutes and I seriously couldn't walk for days :lol:
 
i was doing them regularly before i got pregnant, my faves were the original pump it up, the nell mcandrew ones and davinas power of 3, i noticed i was more toned in a couple weeks doing one 3 times a week.
they are all hard though, it took me a week or so before i could do them all the way through.
i'll start doing them again when logans older
 
I've got the Strictly Come Dancing one which ok is fun but it's kinda learn the steps before being able to plough through the routine burning those calories type thing.

I also have the Hotpants workout DVD, it's the kind of one that you look blooming stupid doing (so seal yoursef in the living room and close the curtains!) but it does get results, already inches off my thighs and bum. One of my friends has it too and swears by it so I guess it's a good one to recommend.
