First time mummies!

Hi everyone :wave:

I was just interested to see how many of us on here are potential first time mums. I keep looking at everyone's tickers and signatures but I keep losing track!

Hi! :wave: I'm new to this 'first trimester' side of the fence as it's very early days!!! But I'm going to be a mum (hopefully) for the first time! I'm so excited! :cheer:
 
Hey girls,

For me too is my first time, as we've been married for only two months... :lol:
And what are your symptoms !!!!!
I just found out on Tuesday morning as i missed my period that was normally due
28 august and am never late...

So blood test monday and results tuesday couldnt believe my eyes?
Am also looking for sites what to eat and what not to eat?
Bcos I aint a thin girl so i dt wanna be overweight been preggy

I've just turned 21 and Im expecting my first baby!! :)

Right you first timers, here are some strict instrucitons from a second timer.

When you feel tired - go to sleep. Get an early night if you have to work during the day - indulge in your duvet and pillow heaven.

Get a massage, go on spoil yourself.

Long soaks in the bath, with Hubby too if he is around.

Go out to dinner as much as you can.

Take time to pamper yourself

Read, read, read.

These are all of the things top of my list that I miss being able to do this time round. You have this wonderful time to really listen to your body and notice every change that your little growing miracal is acheiving.

Enjoy and spoil yourself.

im a first time mum-to-be too! will be 30 when the baby is born, the exact age i wanted children at!

I'm 31 - I used to think I was still quite young to be a mum and questioned for a while if we were ready for it yet, but now I'm pregnant it definitely feels like the right time!

Hey futur mummies !!!!

So now that we r all registerd as 1st time mums, cld anyone tell me what they are now feeling.
As symptoms...I'll start so I have cramps like period coming and funny aches in my lower tummy.
I have sore niples, headaches, and feel like sometimes like a truck has knocked me down !!!!

I havent seen a gyne yet, but am only taken folic acid, from my mum afta the wedding :angel:
Am so excited to be the 18th to see the baby, and i'll keep the gender a surprise till its birth...
And what r ur hopes... I'll like a little boy

CHeers girls and enjoy ur treat as advise given by our midwife :lol:
 
I too am expecting for the first time!!! Only found out today (well did a test yesterday, but didn't believe the result!!!)

Hows everyone feeling on here?

How do you get the liitle calanders at the bottom of your messages?
