Well I'm going clothes shopping for ralph tomorrow as he has pretty much outgrown all sleep suits lol.. But I'm nervous as it's first time I've been out to the shops etc without oh since ralph was born. any tips on being confident taking a baby out etc?? Xx

Just spend a bit of time before you go making sure you've hot everything do that when you're ready to leave you're not running about getting hot and flustered.

Perhaps check changing bat etc tonight?

Don't expect to get round lots of shops- maybe prioritise the ones you def want to go in

Also is Ralph starts crying whilst you're out don't be worried about what people think. Just fond a seat pick him up and sort him out then you'll feel better

Guess it depends where you're going- town or retail park type places xx

Just enjoy it hun. As Beccy says as long as you are organised it's great fun. Expect lots of pram trolls though and of course the obligatory twat that comes to a halt right in front of the pram, the person who walks into the pram and looks at you like it's your fault, and shop assistants who use your baby as an excuse to chat to you for a 10 minute skive....this is called "customer service" apparently lol. I used to do it all the time when I worked in retail :D

Sound out a coffee shop with a baby change (costa normally do) so u can do a change and sit down for a coffee and a feed :)

Im out all the time with Keira on my own as im on my own, i always make sure the changing bag is well stocked with nappies, nappybags, wipes, a bottle of cooled boiled water and enough milk. Most of all enjoy, im also hitting the shops tomorrow but for myself :) x

Thanks girls!!! I've already packed the change bag just have to put the bottles in tomorrow morning. I'm meeting up later on in the day with a friend so that should make me more relaxed! I'm sure I'll be a pro at the end of the day! Just hoping mr Ralph sleeps most of morning in pram like he usually does. I'm going to like a retail park so not in the middle of York which is just hetic on the weekend, I think if I was to go there I'd be raming everyone up the bum with the pram!! Lol :)

York is a nightmare. We went there on holiday when I was pregnant and had a massive hormonal rant in the shambles at some moron who stood on my toe lol

Boots have really good changing rooms with a comfy ish seat for feeding x
