Hi everyone, I'm Catherine and I'm 31. This is my first time pregnant and I'm feeling a little scared. I've been married for two years yesterday so we went for a meal to celebrate. It was a little rich for me and I have been feeling nauseous ever since. I'm sure this is normal but anyone got any tips on getting rid of this feeling?

Can't wait to see the bump!

Hiya Catherine and welcome to the forum

I know how you feel, I have tried ginger biscuits but didn't really like them and they made me feel worse :puke:

Hubby went and got me some ginger ale last night and that has helped me a little today.

How far along are you? Hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months.

 Hello and Congratulations on your pregnancy, How far gone are you?

Hey
Welcome to the forum!!!
Congrats on your pregnancy :)

 welcome!
unfortunately nothing completely releives morning sickness, but ginger biscuits and ginger tea helps a bit. as does sleep and days off work! xx

Hiya congratulations, welcome good luck x x

Hi and welcome   ginger beer & tea helped me a little, also water biscuits

Thanks for ur great advice. Fortunately I love ginger biscuits, so have bought those. Feelin' betta today, at last! :)

My due date is 28th March. Still seems a long way to go. I had lunch with friends yesterday and was dying to tell them, but have decided to wait a bit as we feel its a bit early yet. Had to sidestep the drink issue by offering to drive (which I NEVER do under normal circumstances!) :shhh:

Our close families know, but wondering when the right time is to spill the beans to everyone else. A close friend told everyone early, then had a miscarriage a week later, which was sooooo upsetting.
