Finally!!

I've got my physio appointment!!! 2nd June at 11.30am! I need this appointment so much, my back and hips physically cannot take much more!

Funny thing is my brother has an appointment for physio at 11am on the same day. He partially dislocated his shoulder, chipped a bone and got muscle damage nearly 2 months ago while playing paint balling! May as well turn the physio into a family day out!

I hope they can ease your discomfort.

I am at the stage where I can not get comfy due to back ache and my pubic bone hurting so have much sympathy for you.
