Feeling Under The Weather

All day i have felt generally run down, I have had a headache, being sick twice, really cold and shivering, not eaten anything and only drank a small amount. I also have a sharp tugging pain in my lower left abdo. I have ran my midiwfe who suggested having a warm bath with some paracetamol and generally relaxing. She thinks it might be the start of a water infection or a general "bug" She told me also to see the GP tomorrow if I am no better. I feel utterly miserable!

if it's a water infection make sure you go to your gp tomorrow and get your urine tested to be on the safe side it's better to be safe then sorry hope you feel better soon
