Feeling a bit down

Hi all, been away for 10 days so after finally plucking up the courage to post here for the first I haven't posted since then!

I am currently on cd 12 of a 24 day cycle. Got a smiley face on my OPK yesterday and BD'd of course. Now I am a bit upset as I also got another smiley face this morning but OH has gone away so won't be able to BD again this fertile time. I guess in my heart I know that yesterday probably won't have been enough and then i'll be onto month 6 of TTC.

Sorry, just feeling a bit low atm, will hopefully snap out of it soon.

Also, just so I know given I got another asmiley face today will tomorrow be 1dpo or today? I shouldnt have kept testing after my first smiley

Don't worry about hubby not being around, you don't have much of a chance really doing it on the actual day of ovualtion which is pretty much what the second day of +ive OPK is

So i'd count tomorrow as 1DPO.

I had 2 days of positive tests and only on the 1st day x it's plenty of spermies!!
Sperm lasts up to 5 days so 1 good bd in the definite 2day window is great!! Well done!! Now dreaded 2ww!!

Thanks guys, you've made me cry-you're all so lovely! This ttc malarky has made me an emotional wreck.

Back to open circle now as of 10 mins ago and I had tummy pain this afternoon so fingers crossed I've ovulated.

Now to avoid symptom spotting for 10 days!

2dpo and nowt - not that I'd expect anything of course. I think its worse cos I haven't got OH around to distract me. Somehow the dog whinging for a walk isn't sufficiently distracting as I keep thinking how lovely it would be to be able to push a pram out when dog walking - doh!

I have just been very naughty and ordered myself 3 new tops online! Couldn't decide between them so thought what the hell, I need cheering up!
