feel awful

this morning. last night while out visiting family started to get period pains and back ache. i was so uncomfortable. had to drive home as oh had a few beers. went to bed in pain. got up this morning feel sick had the runs and some sharp sudden pains. baby is moving so one less worry but feel like crap. the thought of food makes me feel sick all i want is cold water and my tin fruit which i have been eating tins of for wks now. i am officially moaning now i am so worn out. i am going to get some lucazade as no energy i feel like i have been out on the drink last night and suffering a bad hangover.

sounds like you are doing the right things - plenty of rest and fluids - if things dont settle see your gp or midwife for reassurance - take care
